We can print your Logo in our products by silk screen printing or laser printing according to your artwork design to meet your special requirements. You can send us the artwork by E-mail in JPG, TIF, AI, EPS, TIFF or Corel Draw formats. We have a wealth of experience in Logo printing and customized packing.

1.  How to get samples? 

Generally we can provide one or two free samples for checking, freight collect. It will be highly appreciated if you have courier freight collectable account, eg FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, etc. Or you can send us the freight cost together with the sample charge by T/T, Western Union or PayPal.

2.  How much time to make samples?

Usually it will take 3-5days to make new samples.

3.  How much the courier freight will be for the samples?

Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area.

4.  What's your usual payment term for orders?

We accept terms of T/T in advance or L/C at sight for the large quantities order, and Western union and PayPal will be accepted for the small quantities order below USD 2000.00. The payment is negotiable.

5.  How do you control the products quality?

We check the products one by one before do the bulk packing.

6.  When will the products be delivered if the order has been placed?

For normal products, it will take less than a month to produce, for customized products it will take 25-40 days for production. Generally it depends on the order quantity and requirements.

7.  How do you to handle the issue if the products have some problem after received

We will compensate the customers for loss by products in next order or discount if the problem caused by the product.

8.  Do you have products certificates?

Most of our products can be approved by CE and RoHs. Certificates can be provided if it is necessary for your orders which can be discussed. We will apply if we do not have at present.
